November is Trans Awareness Month, and we know the trans community is often overlooked in all aspects of life. How is B. Riley House reaching out to and/or serving this demographic?
B. Riley House was founded as a welcoming space dedicated to supporting recovery within the trans community. We actively participate in local and national events to raise awareness, inspire meaningful change, and build partnerships with individuals and organizations who are committed to supporting trans people in their recovery journeys.
With a significant portion of our clients being Trans People of Color (POC), we prioritize culturally competent, affirming care. This includes providing direct support or connecting clients with trusted, inclusive care providers who understand and respect the unique needs of the trans community.
